Once a concept theme is announced and the submission phase opens, you can create a design that fits the theme and submit it. After the submission period closes, it moves into a community voting phase, where players vote “yes” or “no” on each design. Winning designs are chosen based on vote count and whether they follow the rules (original artwork only, no tracing or stolen work, etc.).
Suggesting a Concept Theme:
If you’re asking how to submit a theme idea (like the ones Highrise posts for design challenges), that part is staff-controlled. However, you’re absolutely welcome to share your theme suggestions in the official Discord server—staff often review those channels.
