There is a few different ways you can go about this ultimately it’s player demand and highrise decision. You can either enter highrise concepts if there is any running and you’re in luck because right now there is and/or you can submit ideas which once approved go through a funding phase and must reach goal funding to be made in game ill attach a few helpful links below for you. The main thing is to not use stolen art, no tracing and no redesigning of items in game unless it’s a redesign contest .
