Hello! To create a radio station, you must have a public station on Shoutcast. They offer three different plans. You can either host one for free, but this requires you to have software like Winamp and a dedicated server to keep your Shoutcast running, or you can choose one of the paid options. With the paid options, they can host it for you, which you can customize later.
