On click link should open or redirect to a webpage. How to do that?

You could change bot bio itself in Bots & API keys section. I am just not sure if putting a link within the bio is a good thing in order not to get you account or bot flagged. With reason Highrise has social links section when you edit your in game bio. For that only reason you should research a bit more.
